Wallpaper changer is a program that automatically changes the wallpaper of Windows Desktop.
You just fill the list of images of format BMP or JPG and set change period (in days) of changing wallpapers.
The program automatically starts when system is loading. If it is time to change wallpaper (if period is 0, then picture will be changing at every system restarting), then program randomly choose wallpaper and set it into registry. If it is a JPG-picture then it converts to a BMP (to turn off Active Desktop) and writes into a file in the catalog of the program. And you will see it after next loading of Windows (else it is changes during loading of the system), you can see it in the setup of Windows desktop. All wallpapers are choosing the same times.

You can watch selected picture in program (preview and preview to all screen) and set it at the same time
It is written in Delphi using only functions of WinApi. You can download the source code of this program.
